APPLICATION FOR COMMERCIAL MEMBERSHIP

The DHA is an association of faith-based care providers with 21 principal members that are signatories to the Denominational Health Master Agreement with the Ministry of Health. Those members operate 44 facilities, including Acute Care, supportive housing, assisted living and complex care and have a total of over 6,900 beds in BC.

There is a flat fee of $850.00 annually for commercial membership.

Commercial members will have their logos and a brief description of
who they are and the services they provide included in the DHA website as well as links to member website. Members will also have an opportunity to provide sponsorship to DHA educational events. and the annual AGM and conference
